GDPR – AI Module

The GDPR AI module is designed to assist users in the preliminary analysis of data protection obligations and compliance considerations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

The module supports the structuring and assessment of information relating to lawful bases for processing, data subject rights, controller and processor obligations, international data transfers, security measures, DPIAs, breach notification requirements, and governance frameworks.
By analyzing user-provided inputs alongside the GDPR’s legal framework, regulatory guidance, and jurisprudential patterns, the module generates indicative compliance insights, issue flags, and analytical summaries to support internal assessments, risk awareness, and compliance planning.

The GDPR module is intended as a decision-support and research tool, enhancing efficiency and consistency while ensuring that all compliance determinations and implementation decisions remain subject to human judgment and professional oversight.
